MySql - CREATE TABLE `SortOrder` with Foreign Key constraint?

The key to making this table fast to use indexes on the columns that you will select and sort on if they have a high cardinality. You should probably add key on sortOrder if you think there will be a high level of variance on this key.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
